New to the Bundaberg region in 2016, and armed with a strong desire to support individuals manage their own mental health, Serendipity Psychology was born.
I am passionate about mental health across the lifespan, and across all socio-cultural groups. I have 10 years experience as a primary and middle school teacher, and 7 years experience working in mental health. I take an integrative approach in my clinical work, drawing from cognitive, behavioural, psychodynamic, and humanistic therapies.
My goal is to support you in learning about your own psychological health and well being. My focus will be on helping you to understand how you function, while providing you with strategies to overcome the specific obstacles you are facing, in an environment that is centred around your emotional needs.
